Governing the rights, privacy responsibilities, and screening standards for all Spouse Connect members.
Spouse Connect International (“the Agency”, “we”, “our”) operates a private matchmaking service from Kampala, Uganda. We screen applicants, maintain private confidential member dossiers, and coordinate mutual introductions based on compatible relationship criteria.
Membership is strictly restricted to individuals aged eighteen (18) years or older. All applicants must submit genuine government-issued identification (National Identification Card, Alien Registration, or Passport) and participate in a verification interview. Any applicant unable to substantiate legal majority will be declined and refunded in accordance with our policies.
Payment of the membership fee covers professional vetting, background screening, profile curation, and eligibility for curator-facilitated introductions throughout your active ninety (90) day period. Payment does not constitute the purchase of another person's private contact details or a guarantee of a marital match.
Your legal full name, telephone number, residential address, national ID copies, and staff interview notes are held under strict confidentiality in our secure office vault and are never published online. Candidate introduction cards display only your preferred first name, verified age, city/country, spoken languages, relationship intention, and vetted photographs.
Under no circumstances will contact details or full identities be exchanged without bilateral consent. Both Member A and Member B must independently review and accept the candidate profile before any facilitation takes place.
Members agree to maintain respectful, honest, and ethical conduct. Any attempt to solicit funds, loans, commercial transactions, or sexual trade will result in immediate permanent expulsion, account forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement agencies where applicable.
These terms and any dispute arising out of or related to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
