Phone numbers, email addresses, and full names are never released to another member until both parties independently review and click Accept.

Golden Rule of Personal Safety: Never Send Money. Spouse Connect International will never ask you to wire money or pay travel expenses to another member. If anyone you meet through our agency requests financial aid, loans, flight fares, or gifts, decline immediately and report the user through your Member Support Desk. Such behavior results in immediate account suspension.

Recommended Safety Guidelines for Members

First Meetings in Public Places: When meeting locally in Uganda, always choose a well-lit, public café, restaurant, or hotel lounge.
Inform a Trusted Friend or Family Member: Always let someone know where you are going, who you are meeting, and when you plan to return.
Maintain Financial Independence: Arrange your own transportation to and from any in-person meeting.
Take Time on Video First: For diaspora or long-distance introductions, we facilitate guided virtual video calls first so you can build rapport safely.
Privacy Controls: You can pause your profile from being suggested at any time directly in your dashboard with one click.
